Production

Operators, technicians, supervisors, management teams and production engineers, engaged at the core of our business are responsible for the smooth running of the production in our different manufacturing sites.

Producting on time, respecting the safety, quality and environmental standards and requirements are their daily concerns.

Supply chain

Production sites in Europe, America and Asia. Customers all over the world. Teams to liaise, manage orders, stocks and deliver on time.

Sales force

Gerflor is a specialist and world leader in floor coverings, wall coverings, finishes and accessories. Sales teams specialised in each sector of activity are there to respond as closely as possible to the expectations of each of our customers.

Accounting & Finance, Management Control and Legal

Analysing, optimising and proposing solutions... that's the job of management control. By guaranteeing rigorous monitoring of Gerflor's activity, the accounting and finance teams manage reporting for the group. The legal teams provide support to the operational teams to ensure compliance with business and contract law.

Human Resources

The HR teams lead the group's Human Resources policy: recruitment, training, mobility, administrative management of personnel, internal communication, prevention of professional risks. The HR team works with employees and managers to ensure compliance with legislation and, above all, to help them develop throughout their professional career with Gerflor. Induction, annual performance appraisals, remuneration reviews and skills development are all subjects that bring the HR function very close to all employees.

Marketing

The Gerflor Group offers the most complete range of floor coverings, wall coverings, finishes and accessories to meet the specific needs of each application: health, education, sport, transport vehicles, shops, industry, housing, offices and hotels. The Marketing team is attentive to the expectations of professionals, the general public and specifiers, from creation to marketing. The Artistic Department works in partnership with designers from all over the world to anticipate new trends in interior decoration and design our new decors and colours.

R&D - Quality

Spearheading the company's policy of continuous improvement and keeping a constant watch on new market trends, the R&D team, made up of 144 engineers and technicians working in 5 R&D centres, designs products that meet our customers' constantly evolving expectations as closely as possible. Our many partnerships with laboratories and universities throughout the world enable Gerflor to be at the forefront in terms of raw materials and emerging technologies.

Purchasing

The purchasing teams are present on all sites and in all purchasing categories: raw materials, technical products, transport and logistics, communication and overheads. They listen to internal users and the market to optimise Gerflor's purchasing.

Information technologies

Connecting the men and women of the Gerflor Group to all its external partners is the role of the IT teams. By implementing the most effective tools and solutions, they support the development of Gerflor's business throughout the world (ERP, EDM, PIM, DAM, etc.).
